Selective Breeding:

The process by which humans use animal breeding and plant breeding to selectively develop particular phenotypic traits by choosing which typically animal or plant males and females will sexually reproduce

Selective Breeding has been going on long before it even had a name. Farmers chose cattle with benificial traits such as larger size, more producers of milk, etc. The farmers knew these traits could be heritable.

Natural Selection:
Natural Selection is one of the basic mechanisms of evolution.  It is a relatively simple idea but is far often misunderstood.  If you have differental reproduction, variation, and heretidy you will have evoltion by Natural Selection as an outcome.
